These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the wen999 platform, including all casino games, sports betting products, promotions and payment services. Transfers to or from third-party accounts not registered in your name are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Any attempt to defraud wen999 — including chargeback abuse, bonus exploitation, collusion, use of automated betting software or manipulation of game outcomes — will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the wen999 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. wen999 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and identity verification measures to detect duplicate registrations. Any Account found to be a duplicate will be closed and any balance forfeited.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your current residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number registered in your name. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Important: wen999 will never knowingly permit a person under 21 years of age to maintain an Account or place bets. If you suspect that a minor has gained access to the Platform using your details, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
2.5 KYC Verification. wen999 may require you to submit Verification Documents at any time, including prior to processing your first withdrawal, upon a significant change in account activity, or as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wen999 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wen999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify wen999 immediately via live chat support if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. wen999 reserves the right to suspend your Account as a precautionary measure while investigating any such report.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity. Bets placed, deposits made and withdrawal requests submitted through your Account are deemed to have been made by you.
3.4 Accuracy of Account Details. It is your responsibility to ensure that the bank account, JazzCash number or EasyPaisa wallet associated with your wen999 Account is registered in your own name. wen999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any mismatch between your registered payment method and your Account identity may result in withdrawal delays pending additional verification.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the wen999 Platform is PKR 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed in the wen999 cashier at the time of transaction.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 for transfers to Pakistani e-wallets and bank accounts. Minimum withdrawal thresholds for USDT TRC20 are displayed in the cashier and are subject to prevailing network conditions.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. wen999 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) within two minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. These timelines are targets and not guarantees; processing may be delayed during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Prior to your first withdrawal, wen999 may require completion of KYC verification. You must have wagered your deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. This condition applies to Real Money Balances and is separate from any Bonus Balance wagering requirements.
4.6 Transaction Fees. wen999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank, mobile wallet provider or blockchain network are outside wen999's control and are borne by the player.
4.7 Third-Party Transfers. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to you. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. wen999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other time-limited offers to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed on each promotion page, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Balances are subject to a wagering requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit and expiry period for each promotion are stated on the relevant promotion page.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Each player is entitled to claim each wen999 promotion once. Using multiple accounts, creating new accounts or using a different identity to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential permanent Account closure.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting to your Account. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your Account automatically.
5.5 Abuse and Exploitation. wen999 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited a bonus, participated in collusive play, used arbitrage strategies, or otherwise obtained a bonus in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Such determination is at the sole discretion of wen999.
6.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the wen999 Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount and any applicable options prior to confirmation. wen999 will not void or amend a bet on the grounds of player error after it has been confirmed.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wen999 betting products and are displayed within the relevant game or sports betting interface. wen999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at its discretion, including applying individual account-level limits where warranted.
6.3 Void Bets. wen999 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or postponed without resumption within the specified timeframe; (b) the odds or game parameters were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error; (c) there is evidence that the outcome was known to the player prior to bet placement; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
6.4 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are subject to rapid changes in odds and availability. wen999 reserves the right to suspend live markets, reject bets or void accepted bets where real-time data feeds are disrupted or where there is a material discrepancy between displayed odds and the actual state of play.
6.5 Cricket and PSL Markets. Cricket betting — including PSL matches — is conducted in accordance with the specific cricket betting rules published on the wen999 sports betting section. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by weather, or subject to a DLS revision, settlement will follow the specific rules applicable to the affected market type.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wen999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the wen999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the proprietary property of wen999 or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Licence to Use. wen999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 9.1 Platform Availability. wen999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, error or technical faults. 9.2 Financial Losses. wen999 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of gambling on the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, expired bonuses, delayed withdrawals outside wen999's control, or decisions made by the player in connection with their use of the Platform.
9.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a material technical error that affects game outcomes — including software malfunctions, disconnections during live dealer sessions or incorrect odds display — wen999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. wen999 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such events.
9.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wen999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Suspension by wen999. wen999 reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) your Account is subject to a security concern, fraud investigation or dispute; (c) you have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (d) wen999 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory body.
11.2 Termination by wen999. wen999 may permanently close your Account where a material breach of these Terms and Conditions is established, including but not limited to confirmed fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7, or persistent violation of Platform rules. Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned to you net of any amounts owed to wen999, subject to completion of AML verification.
11.3 Termination by Player. You may close your wen999 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closing your Account, you may withdraw your Real Money Balance subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Any outstanding Bonus Balance will be forfeited upon Account closure.
11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9 and 12 — shall continue to apply after Account closure.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law and international commercial practice. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. 12.3 Game Outcome Disputes. All game outcomes are recorded by wen999's servers. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on wen999's servers, the server record shall be conclusive and binding.
12.4 Language. These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation.
13.1 Right to Amend. wen999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments may be made in response to regulatory changes, changes in Platform functionality, or operational requirements.
13.2 Notification. Where a material amendment is made to these Terms and Conditions, wen999 will notify registered players by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details held by wen999 are current.
13.3 Acceptance of Amendments. Continued use of the wen999 Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
